"Ana is suddenly assaulted by the monster of anxiety generated by a sense of inadequacy. A chance encounter with an old school friend is enough to create in her the fear of not being up to it. The fear of judgment is so high that it triggers a panic attack. Day by day, her desire for perfection increases, the desire to be flawless, the tendency to isolate herself to avoid situations that generate difficulties.
Ana’s enemy is not outside but inside: she must fight against her low self-esteem and fear of judgment.
